A Correlational Study on Teachers' Occupational Stress, Job Anxiety, Personality Dimensions and Performance

This study determined the correlations between occupational stress, job anxiety, personality dimensions and instructional competence of elementary teachers. The employed descriptive-correlational research design. There were 161 respondents composed different teachers from small big schools in District Los Banos, Laguna. utilized standardized questionnaires to assess Occupational Stress, Job Anxiety, Personality Dimensions, Instructional Competence Elementary Teachers. data gathered treated using Mean, Standard Deviation, ANOVA. findings revealed that stress has a significant relationship with teacher's terms communicative competence. However, no social skills. result also shows there is anxiety recognition performance Similarly, self-esteem Lastly, security, human relations at work, rewards punishment, future prospects capacity for competence,
